Terms of Service

Welcome to the Terms of Service for Robostellar Limited (“Robostellar”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By engaging our marketing services or participating in our affiliate program, you are agreeing to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”).

1. Our Services

1.1 Robostellar provides marketing services to businesses in the United Kingdom and United States of America in partnership with Apex AI Marketing (“Apex AI”). Services may include but are not limited to:

• Local marketing
• Search engine optimization (SEO)
• Pay-per-click (PPC) advertising
• Social media marketing
• Email marketing
• Content creation
• Web design and development

1.2 Robostellar also participates in the affiliate program for GoHighLevel.com (“GoHighLevel”) and may recommend their services to clients as part of our marketing packages. However, any agreement relating to GoHighLevel’s services is strictly between the client and GoHighLevel. Robostellar accepts no responsibility or liability for GoHighLevel’s services.

2. Client Responsibilities

2.1 Clients are responsible for providing Robostellar with accurate and up-to-date information about their business, products, services, and marketing objectives. Robostellar will not be held liable for any issues arising from inaccurate, incomplete or misleading information provided by the client.

2.2 Clients must have the necessary rights to use any content (text, images, video, etc.) they provide to Robostellar for use in marketing materials. The client will indemnify and hold Robostellar harmless against any losses, damages, costs, liabilities and expenses arising out of any claim that such content infringes the intellectual property rights of a third party.

2.3 Clients are responsible for ensuring their products, services and business practices comply with all applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdiction. Robostellar will not be held liable for any legal issues arising from a client’s business practices.

3. Affiliate Marketing

3.1 As a GoHighLevel affiliate, Robostellar may receive a commission for clients who sign up for GoHighLevel’s services through our affiliate link. This commission does not affect the price clients pay for GoHighLevel’s services.

3.2 Robostellar makes no guarantees regarding the performance or suitability of GoHighLevel’s services. The client is responsible for evaluating whether GoHighLevel meets their business needs. Any issues with GoHighLevel’s services must be addressed directly with GoHighLevel.

4. Intellectual Property

4.1 Any marketing materials created by Robostellar on behalf of a client will become the property of the client upon full payment of the agreed fees. However, Robostellar retains the right to use such materials in its portfolio and marketing unless agreed otherwise in writing.

4.2 Robostellar retains all intellectual property rights in any tools, systems, software, or processes used to deliver services to clients, including any customizations or improvements made during the course of an engagement.

5. Payment and Refunds

5.1 Fees for Robostellar’s services will be agreed upon in advance and stipulated in a separate contract or invoice. The client agrees to pay all fees by the due date specified.

5.2 Robostellar does not offer refunds for services rendered except in cases where it can be demonstrated that the agreed services were not delivered at all. Dissatisfaction with the outcomes of a marketing campaign does not entitle the client to a refund.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1 Robostellar makes no guarantees or warranties, express or implied, regarding the outcomes or performance of its marketing services. This includes but is not limited to website traffic, search engine rankings, conversion rates, or revenue.

6.2 In no event shall Robostellar be liable to the client for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data or use, arising from or relating to these Terms or Robostellar’s services, whether such liability arises from contract, tort, negligence or otherwise, even if Robostellar has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

6.3 Robostellar’s total liability for any claim arising from or relating to these Terms or its services, whether in contract, tort or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client to Robostellar for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Indemnification

7.1 The client agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Robostellar, its directors, officers, employees, contractors and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs and expenses arising from:

• The client’s use of Robostellar’s services
• The client’s violation of these Terms
• The client’s violation of any third party rights, including intellectual property rights
• Any content or materials provided by the client for use in marketing campaigns

8. Termination

8.1 Either party may terminate the agreement for services at any time by providing written notice to the other party. Upon termination, the client shall pay Robostellar for all services delivered up to the date of termination.

8.2 Robostellar reserves the right to terminate or suspend services immediately and without prior notice if the client breaches any provision of these Terms or engages in any illegal, fraudulent or inappropriate activity.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

9.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

10. Changes to Terms

10.1 Robostellar reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. The updated Terms will be posted on Robostellar’s website with the date of the latest revision. The client’s continued use of Robostellar’s services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. By engaging Robostellar’s services or participating in our affiliate program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
